Payment

Payment of yearly dues is required for access to all of the content of SMRMA.ORG as well as voting rights at the yearly meeting. We ask for a minimum donation of $200 for landowners of unimproved parcels and $400 for homeowners for the ongoing upkeep of Spruce Mountain Road from Senator Highway to the top of the road. Many members pay $500 or more each year, and some even pay up to $1000 dollars and more, which goes a long way toward helping the Board pay for adding material to the road.

Those who wish to pay for the trash service must first be a member whose dues are current. The cost of the service is $150/year for owners who live on the mountain part-time, and $400/year for those who are full-time. When paying for dues and/or for dumpster use, please designate the amount that is to go to each when making your payment.

Payment for your dues donation (and dumpster use, if desired) can be made either by check or online through Zelle.

Once your payment is received, you will be sent login information to allow full access to the website.

If this is the first time you have made a dumpster payment, the Association Treasurer will be contacting you to arrange delivery of the padlock key.
